Education

Rossella holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Diplomatic Studies from the University of Trieste. She is a Certified Professional Coach having completed an ICF Accredited Coaching Training Program with the International Coach Academy, an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), and a Certified Mentor Coach. Rossella is also an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner and Assessor, and holds a certification as SIM-CMI Project Manager, Scheme Designer of Mentoring Programmes and Mentor Trainer at Professional Certified Magister level. She has completed the training as Conversational Intelligence Enhanced Coach Skills Coach with Dr. Judith Glaser and the Team Coaching Certification training with Prof. David Clutterbuck.

Experience

Rossella is a Master Certified Coach and Mentor with more than 20 years’ experience in leading companies in the financial and manufacturing sectors. Positive, flexible and passionate about change, she has held various positions of responsibility and has successfully supervised hundreds of complex projects mainly in the creation of new markets, commercial products and services and in the reorganization of departments, processes and IT applications. During her professional career she has provided more than 2.500 certified hours of individual and team coaching and has organised countless inter and cross-company mentoring programmes and on-the-job training courses.
As a passionate advocate of continuous improvement, she works closely with international organizations and institutions in training and research. She is currently Global Faculty Trainer and Italian Programme Director of the International Coach Academy, one of the world’s leading coach training schools providing ACTP bilingual training programs accredited by the International Coach Federation.
Rossella is the co-founder of EMCC Italia, the Italian chapter of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, the President of Associazione Italiana Mentoring and Associazione Mentori Professionisti, not-for profit associations for the promotion of professional mentoring and coaching in Italy, and the Local Ambassador in Friuli Venezia Giulia for ICF Italy.
