Hi, I am Rossella
When I was a little girl I wanted to become a teacher, but then I thought it was not enoughto change the world.
So I decided that being a doctor would have placed me in a better position to save human lives, but then I felt unable to be detached enough to perform this profession.
One day I read an advertisement: a new University was looking for born-to-be diplomats. I thought, as an ambassador I could assist even more people, so I studied extensively and passed the entrance exam. I successfully graduated and also met the only love of my life, my future husband.
The desire to create a family became more urgent then saving the world, so I searched for a career that could give me financial stability and sustainability. I was employed in a fast growing company in the private banking insurance sector and received all the training needed to become a successful Business Developer and Project Manager.
I had a husband, two kids, a job, two houses, two cars… but as Dante Alighieri wrote “At midpoint of the journey of our life, I woke to find me astray in a dark wood, perplexed by paths with the straight way at strife”.
What was missing? My balance, my purpose in life,…
Helping people, supporting them in reaching their goals, has always been my passion, that’s what I have been called to do all my life.
Then God gave me a sign… I was surfing on the web when I read a quote of S. R. Covey: “To live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy”.
To learn and to leave a legacy, that’s what I needed to focus on again.
I enrolled in the International Coaching Academy to become a Certified Professional Coach. What an amazing community of trainers and coaches, what a memorable journey. I enjoyed every day of it!
So here I am now… doing what I love and loving what I do, aiming to leave a legacy!
